Policies/Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your order. This deposit ensures your spot on our schedule, and the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to pickup.
Express Fee: For custom cake orders needed within 7-13 days, a $25 express fee will be applied. For custom orders needed within 3-6 days, a $45 express fee will be applied. All express orders require full payment of the invoice amount to confirm your booking. These fees cover the expedited service necessary to meet your timeline.
Design Duplication Disclaimer: While we strive to replicate designs as closely as possible, exact duplication may not be feasible due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

LAYERS
A layer cake features an interior made up of two to four layers of cake, each separated by a layer of filling, and then finished with decorative elements.
TIERS
A tier cake refers to multiple cakes of increasing size, stacked on top of one another to create a multi-layered presentation.
A DOUBLE-BARREL CAKE
A double-barrel cake cake is made of two identical cake tiers stacked to appear as one, covered with buttercream. The bottom tier has dowels for support, while the top tier rests on its own cake board.
