Terms of service

    • Placing Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

    • Please note, that orders are not confirmed until your deposit is received.

    • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive email confirmation. Please check the details and inform us immediately of any discrepancies.

    • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, CashApp, ApplePay, and Zelle.

    • Payment Terms: 50% deposit is required to secure your date and confirm custom orders. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your pickup date. If your custom order is placed within 7 days of your pickup date, 100% of payment is due at the time your custom order is placed.

    • All deposits are non-refundable.

    • Design Duplication Disclaimer: While we strive to replicate designs as closely as possible, exact duplication of a design may not be feasible due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

    • Variations in color, size, and overall appearance can occur. Customers will be informed of any significant deviations from the requested design.

    • Design Changes: Changes to custom orders must be made at least 7 days before the pickup date.

    • We will try to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them.

    • Cancellation Policy: Pickup dates can be rescheduled up to 7 days before the original scheduled pickup date.

    • Refunds: All orders are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately and we will strive to accommodate you on a case-by-case basis.

    • Pickup: Orders can be picked up during our business hours.

    • Timing: We strive to deliver orders on time but are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

    • Guarantee: We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.

    • Storage: Proper storage instructions will be provided with your order. We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage.

    • Disclosure: Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order.

    • Liability: We take precautions to prevent cross-contamination but cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens.

    • Data Protection: We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for fulfilling your order and improving our services.
